My new painting is not just a play of forms and images; it is alchemy!
«Geometry of Metamorphosis» is a reminder that we are all temporary patterns in the eternal flow of change. The shell with a pearl teaches that pain can be encased in mother-of-pearl. The shrimp shows that chaos is a step toward harmony. The human, absorbing their lessons, becomes both a student and the creator of their own transformation. I will reveal the theme further. The shell, the shrimp, the human—their connection in the rhythm of change.
1. Shell: the geometry of pain that gives birth to the pearl. A grain of sand piercing the mollusk’s flesh triggers a chemical ballet: layer by layer, mother-of-pearl envelops the pain, turning it into a shining pearl.
2. Shrimp: this is complex biology. From a fragile nauplius larva, it transforms into a completely different creature. This is the mathematics of survival. Each stage is a new algorithm allowing life in a different environment. A symbol of adaptation.
3. Human: this is the unity of biological and spiritual metamorphosis. Our body grows according to the laws of the golden ratio, while the mind builds its own universes. Yet even in this grandeur—echoes of the shell and shrimp: we too turn wounds into wisdom, and challenges into evolution.
4. Snake: symbolizes both the word and poison. This is also a dual meaning. Both can be medicine and poison—good and evil.
Why geometry? All transformations—from a grain of sand to philosophy—obey a «hidden mathematics». The bottom line of the painting’s message is a universal algorithm of nature’s metamorphosis.
Almost forgot! The eyes… They are so different. This reflects the multidimensionality of human nature. It’s simple.)
