Дангауэровка (также Дангауэровская слобода) — микрорайон в Москве на территории Лефортово, образованный как рабочий посёлок («соцгородок») в 1928—1932. Сейчас он реконструируется и постепенно обретает вид, близкий к первоначальному. Гуляя по этому району, видя обновлённые фасады домов, вдыхая весенний, знакомый с детства, запах свежей краски, переносишься во времени, в иную реальность, в город первых пятилеток или в кадры фильма Марлена Хуциева «Мне двадцать лет» Именно здесь по сценарию жил главный герой фильма. Такие эмоции и вдохновили меня на создание этой лаконичной композиции, с диагональю, расположенной слева на право по возрастающей, символизирующей позитивный настрой социального оптимизма и созидательный энтузиазм первых пятилеток, выраженный в форме раннего советского модернизма.
