Irina Moskaleva was born in Orenburg in 1965. Childhood passed in Kazakhstan, and young years - in the city of Togliatti. The wildlife of Kazakhstan influenced the formation of the artistic perception of the world. The magic of self-expression in the form of pictorial creativity has captured more than other childhood hobbies. The young artist spent all her free time with the album in her hands, plunging into a parallel world for whole hours. By the time he came of age, a clear desire had ripened to connect his future fate with art. In 1983, Irina graduated from the Gomel Art School with honors. After working for some time as an artist at the publishing house of the city of Togliatti, I felt an irresistible desire to study further. This was accomplished by enrolling in 1987 at the St. Petersburg Art College. V.A. Serov at the painting department. In 1992-1999, the training continued at the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin at the faculty of monumental painting (workshop of Professor A.A. Mylnikov). The sketch of the fresco "The Tsar's Bride" for the Ethnographic Museum became a thesis and received an excellent rating and praise from the Council. At present, the diploma is in the Museum of Modern Art in Moscow. In 1999, the artist became the winner of the St. Petersburg competition for students, graduate students, young scientists and specialists in the nomination "Muses of St. Petersburg." In the same year, Irina Moskaleva was awarded a state personal scholarship as a young specialist. 2000 was marked by membership in the Union of Artists of Russia. Irina Moskaleva works with equal interest in the genres of landscape, still life, portrait, composition. Only the impressionistic style remains unchanged. Over the fruitful years of work, many personal, all-Union and international exhibitions have been held. The artist's paintings are in the State Museums of Russia and in private collections in Finland, France, the USA, China, Germany and other countries.
"Irina Moskaleva is from St. Petersburg. This is an author with a name. She is a member of the Union of Artists, her work they are kept in private collections not only in Russia, but also abroad. Exhibits: still lifes, landscapes, portraits, story compositions from the series "Africa". I. Moskaleva's palette is recognizable, each brush stroke falls on the canvas, creating the illusion of a glow from within and filling the author's canvas with special warmth and light. In her works, Irina shares the joy of a person who not only sees the diversity and beauty of the vast world around her, but also knows how to capture this joy on canvas, conveying her vision to the viewer. Irina Moskaleva has created a world of beauty that combines love, skill, and style! She created a cozy and kind world where everything is familiar, where you are welcome, like a good friend. "My paintings are designed to please the soul, the heart and the gaze," the artist says about her work, and each of her works is a confirmation of this." Honored Worker of Culture of Russia Director of the Art Museum of Modern Art in Sosnovy Bor Dolgopolova Z.S.
