The main, overall tone of my work speaks of the search for a pseudo-poem in an atheistic consumer world, of the thirst for a religious generalization of life — based on paradox. The mythological creature, frozen in despair, conveys a deeper level of feelings and understanding of what happens in life on the edge of death.
There is something of the Siren in this mermaid, as she is a mature and introspective being from the depths of the sea. She was created for a new series of mythological creatures to bring them to life and make their visualization vivid and recognizable.
