Рассказ о своей картине я хотела начать с этих строчек Марины Цветаевой. Именно это стихотворение стало прообразом для картины. Я многократно повторяла его про себя во время работы.
В картине интересно сочетаются между собой фактуры, как старая штукатурка на стенах доходных домов. Цветовые акценты, линии делают картину живой, как бы дышащей изнутри. Возможно, вы увидите в ней, как в витринах, отражаются огни, люди, машины. А может, это весенний дождик размыл ясную картину и добавил немножко абстракции в привычную обстановку. Каждый увидит свое.
