The artist's concept in the painting... The embrace of a magical dream, an endless space filled with glowing mist. You stand on the very edge of a cliff and admire this soaring depth. The birth of a new planet is wrapped in a gentle cocoon of steam, and, like a mother, the steam nurtures its child. Soon, very soon, such images will be delivered to Earth by interplanetary expeditions, but for now, you can only see it in your painting.
The painting is executed using a multi-layer technique with thin layers of oil paint, which allows creating a three-dimensional volume and the glow of the lower layers through the transparent upper layers. The work on the painting took several weeks to ensure complete drying and strengthening of each previous layer.
The sides of the painting continue the image, so there is no need to frame it.
Made on high-quality canvas (100% linen), with a density of 400 g/m². The canvas is stretched on a moisture-resistant wooden stretcher made of 100% natural wood. The best Russian oil paints produced in St. Petersburg were used.
Since the painting can be hung on the wall in any orientation, I did not attach hangers to the back but will include them with the package.
For the same reason of versatile placement on the wall, the artist's signature is placed on the back, on the wooden stretcher.
The painting comes with a copyright certificate issued in Russia, in the city of St. Petersburg.
