The painting “The Razor Blade” personifies the Hermetic law of the Universe “The Middle Way”, as thin and invisible as the tip of a razor blade.
In the diptych, the middle path is metaphorically placed in the space between the two canvases. It is drawn along one of the edges of the painting with luminescent paint and can only be seen in complete darkness.
