The painting- diptychi s part of the literary and artistic project "Love Will Save the World" and was written in tandem with the artist and writer Lisa Shi.
"Do you believe that our ability to find and maintain peace within ourselves can significantly change the way we perceive and interact with reality?
When a person finds peace within himself, he begins to feel the beauty of the outside world more clearly and distinctly.
We sincerely believe that Peace on Earth begins with each person finding inner harmony. This thought inspired us when we painted the project diptych "Hour of the Dragon".
The central figure of the work is a meditating Monk, a metaphor for this quiet state of mind.
His presence in the painting evokes a sense of peace and inspiration, prompting reflection on how we can bring light and love into our lives and into the lives of others, how our inner state can transform the world around us.
The white dove as a symbol of peace supports the idea that peace is always possible: even when it seems that everything is lost, it reminds us of the value of mutual understanding and kindness.
This call to self-examination is important in today's society, where many people face anxiety and uncertainty.
The work is done in the author's technique of writing with bionic lines and is tactile, which allows people with visual disabilities to read it with their hands.
