The spring's evening upon the city of Saints Petersburg is quiet and clear. The last traces of winter faded away after the ice melted away. The river now is dark and it is alive and it shines with lights of lamps. The lamps are igniting one after another like the pearls full of golden, warm and calling invinclible threads. The air is very wet and fresh and it smells with breath of baltic sea. The facades of palaces, once gray from the winter cold, now seem softer. Their gray walls are more gentle and are illuminated by twilight. In the embankment the people are walking and watching at water and fires in it. Above the city there is large sky. It is still light pale blue nearby the horizons. When we look higher in artwork, the sky turns more blue and full of depth. The spring Satints Petersburg is magnificent right now in this moment when the winter faded away and the summer did not come yet - in the era of balance, silence and waiting.
