The dream was vivid and disturbing. I found myself in the middle of a stormy sea, but instead of fighting the waves, I was floating. And then, in the distance, through the veil of rain, it appeared—a ship. But it was not the majestic sailing ship that I might have seen before. It was a ghost. Its hull was split in half, as if torn apart by something incredibly powerful. Debris was scattered around, like bones. I swam towards it, feeling an inexplicable melancholy. It seemed that people had remained on this ship, their voices, their laughter, their fears — all of this had now dissolved into the water. I felt lost, as if I myself were part of this wrecked vessel.
