С 1923 г. Фешин проживал и работал в Америке, в связи с чем большая коллекция собрана в музее Старк в штате Техас - 68 работ. Полотна Фешина хранятся также в Музее американского искусства при Смитсоновском институте в Вашингтоне, Национальной портретной галерее в Лондоне, музее Фрай в Сиэтле, музее Гарвардского университета.
