This is my second large canvas created in Bali. This is a continuation of my Balinese period. The painting depicts the villa where I have been living for the second month. This night interior seemed unusual and very cozy to me. I chose the angle, the view from the second floor. I put up an easel, paints and started creating. I rarely depict night. On the contrary, I often paint during the day or in the sun. Therefore, it was a real discovery for me what an unusual flavor and color the objects have at night. The first floor of the villa is well lit, so the light falls on all the surrounding objects.
