I completed this self-portrait in the summer. I thought for a long time about how to portray myself. And then an idea came to me, I put on my favorite headband with ears, this is the influence of Japanese culture. Then I decided to add flowers to the headband. In our village, red peppers were already ripe at that time. I laid them out in a circle on a small table, took the sushi and realized that the idea for a self-portrait was ready. I loved the incredibly vibrant color combination. Remember the music of Vivaldi? His cycle of musical works is “Seasons”, so I decided to create a week of self-portraits at different times of the year.
