This original work, "Series Kremlin 3/3," was created by contemporary Russian artist Vyacheslav Gayun and is available for purchase online.
The final part of Vyacheslav Gayun's trilogy, "Series Kremlin 3/3," represents the richest and most vivid depiction of Moscow's symbols. While the previous parts focused mainly on the walls and cathedrals, here the artist has gathered all the iconic elements into a single, masterfully decorated ensemble.
The painting is executed in the recognizable style of the series: an image set against a background reminiscent of ancient parchment, framed in deep burgundy. However, in the third part, the palette becomes even brighter and more multicolored.
At the center of the composition rises St. Basil's Cathedral, whose onion domes are painted in all the colors of the rainbow — red, blue, green, and gold. The cathedral is surrounded by various Kremlin towers, including the Spasskaya Tower with its clock face and a top crowned by a ruby star. Gayun uses rich texture to emphasize the relief of the patterns and scales on the domes.
The buildings seem to "grow" out of dense greenery, creating the impression of a dense, fairy-tale garden city. This work is the culmination of the series, where historical architecture is reinterpreted as a precious, intricate ornament celebrating the grandeur and diversity of the Russian capital.
This painting can be hung on the wall in your apartment, house, office, restaurant, or hotel, and it will become a wonderful decoration for your interior.
