Visible Invisible

This series represents an attempt to establish a new painterly dialogue with the greatest artists of past centuries. It is as if we are dusting off old masterpieces or cleaning the glass behind which the painting is hidden. I strive to draw attention and rediscover the greatness that truly deserves admiration. It is a chance to make the invisible visible again. I want the viewer to forget about time and feel part of this great heritage, and to sense a connection with these brilliant creators. This series explores the possibility of interpreting historical heritage through abstract art. A key aspect is the dialogue between the viewer and the artwork, a moment of aesthetic recognition that transforms into a personal revelation.

The reference for the author’s work was a fragment of Guido Reni’s «Saint Cecilia» (1606). The color scheme, built on a combination of burgundy, beige, and orange shades, gives the work warmth, depth, and an intimate tone. The asymmetrical composition enhances the internal dynamics of the piece and makes it visually expressive. The artwork will organically fit into a modern interior, becoming an accent artistic element both in residential and office spaces.
