The focus of this series is the human being. Can a person be considered an unconditional «frame of reference» for evaluating all existence in the world? Is man the measure of all things? In my works, I have tried to depict the objective connections between phenomena of the material world: between humans and the world — both the natural world and that created by humans themselves, the modern world organically complemented by digital technologies. How harmoniously does a person feel in today’s world, considering themselves the center of existence? Realizing that nature is largely beyond control, humans try to create something governed only by themselves. Some of us believe that life in a world enhanced by digital technologies is an escape from reality, while others see it as an opportunity to expand the boundaries of inner content and reach outward.
