Evgeny Alekseenko was born in 1961. He is a member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia and the Union of Russian Artists.
Artist Evgeny Alekseenko works in the genre of Aviation Art – aviation in art. In recent decades, this genre has become popular among artists and collectors in all developed countries.
Works in the Aviation Art genre captivate viewers with the beauty and grandeur of celestial landscapes in sunlight or moonlight and, of course, with the recreated images of winged machines in the paintings.
Artist Evgeny Alekseenko is a leader of this direction in Russia. He has succeeded in elevating Russian Aviation Art from an illustrative-applied role to a full-fledged painting genre and has earned well-deserved worldwide recognition along the way. Evgeny Alekseenko’s paintings are held in factory museums and private collections, published in magazines, art albums, and issued as collectible reproductions and wall calendars.
