From 2003 to 2009, he studied in the painting department at the I.E. Repin St. Petersburg Academic Institute.
Fedor Zhukov was born in Yakutsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
He works in various genres: portraits, landscapes, still lifes, and genre scenes.
He also undertakes high-quality and private projects, decorating interiors and cottages with art objects, paintings, frescoes, gilding, and relief designs.
Since 2014, he has been a member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists.
Since 2014, he has been a member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 2022, he has been a Corresponding Member of the Petrovskaya Academy of Sciences and Arts.
The artist's works are exhibited in many galleries and exhibition halls across Russia, and are also held in private collections and museums in Russia, China, America, Latvia, France, Germany, Korea, France, and elsewhere.
He currently lives and works in St. Petersburg. A regular participant in exhibitions (about 100 held) and competitions in Russia and abroad.

2014 — Awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Culture and Spiritual Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for his significant contribution to the development of the fine arts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and active participation in cultural events.
