Vladimir Davydenko

Vladimir Davydenko

Country: Russia ·Born in 1966

Member of the Union of Artists of Russia, member of the Petrovskaya Academy of Sciences and Arts.

Born in 1966 in Lipetsk. He received his initial knowledge of drawing and painting at the Children's Art School No. 1 in Lipetsk, after which he decided to devote his life to art.

In his works, the artist continues the traditions of the Russian realistic school and the Itinerants - Repin, Kramskoy, Levitan, Shishkin. From the early period of his work, Vladimir Davydenko paid great attention to studying the legacy of these masters and mastered their painting techniques.

A regular participant in regional, regional and all-Russian, as well as personal exhibitions.
Vladimir Davydenko works in various genres, combines high professional qualities of a landscape and marine painter, paints portraits and paintings on biblical and historical subjects. When depicting people, the artist pays special attention to the psychology of the images and skillfully conveys the entire complexity of the emotional states of the model.

The artist succeeds in creating symbols of Russian nature. They are so recognizable that it seems as if you remember this forest edge or that river from childhood, and you have seen these distances more than once.
Looking at his canvases, you feel: a little more - and a thunderstorm will begin, and here it has recently rained, the sun has come out and the friendly singing of birds has been heard throughout the area. The meticulous elaboration of details, inherent in Vladimir's artistic technique, helps to achieve great realism and expressiveness of the depicted. For example, the snow on the artist's canvases is not just multi-colored, it is as if "alive". Sometimes sparkling and fluffy, sometimes wet, eaten away by heavy, dirty thawed patches. The air and water elements painted by the master are perceived as similarly textured. A sea wave with a fan of hissing foamy splashes and the serene surface of a river backwater have such an effect on the viewer that he feels like a witness to what is happening. Only a few succeed in such an inimitably juicy tangible reproduction of nature.

The artist is good at still life, and in portraits, and in complex genre works. Such versatility and multidimensionality characterize the artist as a true professional and creator. Vladimir Davydenko is sure that it is possible to overcome the heights of mastery only through constant work and self-critical attitude to one's own creativity. This approach allows the artist to improve his abilities and move forward. Every year, the arsenal of his artistic preferences is noticeably expanding. This is noted by his fans and fellow artists from different countries.
