I was born in 1977 in Russia, in Novosibirsk. I have been painting since I was very young. When I was little, I used to say that I would become a folk artist. When people asked me why I said folk, I said that the people would choose me. I am completely self-taught. I see the concept of a painting as soon as it is ready. I paint the richness and beauty of human nature. I call my paintings portals or modern icons. For me, creating a painting is a journey into the depths of the canvas, between the brushstrokes. For me, a canvas is not a flat surface, but a multidimensional space.
A personal painting is a painting about the client, created from information, symbols, meanings, and music. I start with an interview and a photo shoot, and then I start writing. The painting takes several months to complete. It depends on the flow of information and the size of the painting.
