This painting is based on a flower I grew in my garden.
Among the many roses in my garden, there's a stunning velvety burgundy rose.
Its petals shimmer with deep shades of wine red, as if they've absorbed the warmth of the summer sun. Every time I pass by this bush, I can't shake the feeling that it's not just a flower, but a living being with its own story.
The rose appeared long ago. Its sprout was weak, but I surrounded it with care, watering and fertilizing the soil. And then one day, I noticed the first bud appearing on the bush.
Each day, it grew larger and brighter, until finally, it blossomed in all its glory. It was the most beautiful rose I'd ever seen! Its petals were so soft and delicate that they seemed made of velvet.
I named this rose "Velvet Queen." She became a symbol of my love for nature and a reminder that even the smallest things can become something great if you put your heart and soul into them.
