"Bluebird"
Can you truly dream?
Dream without any "ifs,"
Dream of feeling truly happy?
Can you believe in miracles?
The marvelous legend of the Bluebird inspired this painting and gave hope that dreams can become reality.
"The Legend of the Bluebird"
Long ago, all people on Earth knew how to dream and believe—
Believe that happiness and fortune would surely accompany them.
High above the Earth, in a magnificent fairytale castle, lived the Bluebird of Happiness. Its castle was invisible to most, but those who sincerely believed and whose deeds served the good of all humanity could find their way there and see the Bluebird.
But that did not mean the Bluebird was indifferent to others.
Anyone with a true dream could feel its presence and receive its help. Of all the birds in the world, the Bluebird was the most beautiful—its feathers shimmered, radiating light—the light of kindness and hope. And this glow came from human dreams.
But there were those who mocked dreams, calling them foolish. They believed reality had no place for dreamers. To them, happiness meant only power and wealth. As these thoughts spread like a plague across the Earth, the Bluebird’s feathers began to fade, losing their brilliance. The more people abandoned their dreams, the weaker the Bluebird became, unable to bring Happiness and Hope. It was dying. And so, the Earth was destined to remain in sorrow. But then, a miracle happened. A person was born—small and defenseless. And with its birth, a new feather appeared on the Bluebird, glowing once more. Life returned to the Bluebird.
For as long as there is even one person in the world who can truly dream and believe, all is not lost. The Bluebird will live!
