In 1980, I graduated from the Semashko Moscow Medical Institute with a degree in general medicine. Then I worked for a long time at the S.N. Fedorov Scientific and Technical Complex " Eye Microsurgery," and have PhD, ScD in medicine.
In 1990, I graduated from the N.K. Krupskaya Narodniy Universitet Iskusstv, in the easel painting department, studying under N.I. Kasatkin. Then I interned for five years at the "Pamyati 1905 goda" Art School, studying under S.I. Seredina. In 2025, I graduated from the V.I. Surikov MHAGI, studying under N.N. Dubovik.
I have been actively painting for the past 15 years.
Member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia and the Creative Union of Professional Artists. I have participated in over 120 group and solo exhibitions in Russia and abroad. A frequent participant in the Moscow International Art Salon at the Central House of Artists. I took third place in the Portrait category at the 9th International Contemporary Art Exhibition and Competition "Art Week," held in Moscow in 2012. I have also frequently participated in exhibitions at the Tvorcheskie sredy club. At "An International Fine Arts Competition: Freedom of Creativity" held in New York in 2014. I won the Golden Eagle gold medal in the Lifestyle category . I participated in the 2015 Contemporary Art Exhibition and Competition at the Winzavod Gallery Center for Contemporary Art and was awarded a second-place diploma. I took first and second place at the 3rd International Plein Air Painting Exhibition and Competition in Moscow in 2018. I have participated in numerous charity auctions. I have participated in auctions held by Sovcom, Auktsionniy dom No. 1, and the Litfond. Mye works are in private collections in Russia, France, Germany, China, Holland, Bulgaria, Israel, and the USA.
My principles in work
1. When working, I must give 100% to ensure that the artist's energy is conveyed to the viewer.
2. The most important thing is to convey the inner state and essence of things, rather than superficially copying nature.
3. In my work, I try to convey the mood (the soul of the painting) that overwhelms me when painting a particular subject.
4. Don't chase fashionable trends, but seek my own path in art.
Constantly improve in my search for color, compositional solutions, and execution technique.
I love color and color harmony in painting. I'm always looking for "sonority" in color, richness, and transparency.
