Margarita Akimova is a Russian artist working in the genre of realism. Born on September 19, 1971 in the city of Elektrostal, Moscow region.
Margarita showed her love for drawing from early childhood, but she returned to this vocation only years later. Today Margarita Akimova is a freelance artist who works mainly in oil on canvas in the style of realism. Graphics occupy a special place in her work. Favorite genres are still life, portrait, landscape.
The main source of inspiration for the artist is nature in all its diverse manifestations, be it a snow—covered forest, autumn leaf fall, a riot of summer greenery or a spring thaw. Each painting is a sincere desire to capture the beauty of the world and put a part of your own soul into it.
In her work, Margarita draws on the legacy of Russian masters of painting, the Peredvizhnik artists of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and their vast experience serves as an inexhaustible source of inspiration for her. Through her works, the artist strives to convey to the viewer the beauty, sophistication and sophistication of classical painting, which retains its value and relevance at any time.
Margarita Akimova studied with the famous Russian landscape painter Stanislav Brusilov. She is a member of the Union of Russian Artists and the Noginsk branch of the Union of Artists of the Moscow region. She is a regular participant in Russian and international exhibitions. The artist's works have found their buyers in Russia, Germany and the USA.
