In 2023, I returned to painting, seeking to reignite and refine the artistic skills that had been dormant for too long.
My current practice is driven by a desire to explore the intersection of culture, history, and personal expression through the medium of paint. I employ a diverse range of paints, experimenting with their unique properties to achieve varied textures, depths, and emotional resonance. The landscapes and cultural nuances of countries like Japan, France, and Italy serve as a constant source of inspiration, informing my compositions and color palettes.
The influence of artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Vladimir Borovikovsky, and Franz Xaver Winterhalter is evident in my pursuit of technical skill and my aspiration to capture the beauty and complexity of the world around me.
